Ultra Clean SW-7303: Aluminum Spray Wash Cleaner/Degreaser

Ultra Clean SW-7303 Aluminum Spray Wash Cleaner/Degreaser is a powdered, non-caustic, safe-solventized hot tank spray cleaner/degreaser used for cleaning oil, grease, and other deposits from all metals. Proven to be an excellent oil and grease emulsifier, Ultra Clean SW 7303 and contains a biodegradable non-toxic solvent derived from oranges.

PHYSICAL PROPERTIES:

Ultra Clean SW-7303 Aluminum Spray Wash Cleaner/Degreaser is a white granular dust-free, free-flowing compound. It is completely soluble in aqueous solutions, is fast acting and good rinsing, which will help prolong the life of the spray wash solution. It is highly chelated to reduce scale deposits and considered to be an outstanding hot tank spray cleaner.

METHOD OF MIX AND APPLICATION:

Use at ½ - 4 oz. per gallon. Wash temperature should be 140°-180°F. Circulate the solution until the parts are clean. Rinse with water to remove all soluble residues. A non-caustic, highly silicated formulation safe for use on most metals such as iron or steel, zinc or galvanized, and aluminum or magnesium when used as directed. Excessive temperatures or extended contact time may cause etching of some alloys. Therefore, always use moderate temperatures of 140°-150°F if possible and limit the contact time to that necessary to achieve cleaning.

SAFETY:

Ultra Clean SW-7303 is considered a non-toxic material. However, as with any chemical, please avoid contact with skin or eyes. In case of eye contact, immediately flush with water for 15 minutes.
